Two doors. One platform behind them.

NavTrax does not ship a consumer app and an enterprise app. It ships one engine, and shows you the part of it your work needs. Pick the door that matches what you do today — you keep everything on the other side of it.

Recreation & expedition

You are going somewhere without a road.

Every activity in NavTrax carries its own layer set, safety profile, failure modes and kit list — the same structured data the app uses to configure itself the moment you pick what you are doing.

Industry, government & defence

Your crew is the asset in the field.

Fleet and team management, role-based access, health and vehicle telemetry, drone tasking, offline deployment and audit logging — with the same map engine your field crews already understand.

Nine days from a road. Still the whole map.

Day four of a nine-day traverse, no cellular since the col, one party member acting as a mesh relay and another out of contact for forty-one minutes. Everything below is still working: the layer stack, the routing, the group positions, the check-in schedule and the queue holding 1,284 unsynchronised writes.

Offline · 9 days Mesh 5 of 6 1,284 writes queued Coverage predicted 2.1 km ahead

Every other app is online-first with an offline mode.

That distinction decides everything. An online-first app degrades when the bars disappear: search stops, the assistant stops, the sync queue silently drops writes, and the map is whatever tiles you remembered to cache. NavTrax is built the other way around — the device is the source of truth, and connectivity is an optional accelerant.

01

The map is already on the device

Offline regions are first-class objects, not a cache. You choose an area and a zoom envelope, NavTrax pulls the tiles for every layer you have enabled, and the region is versioned so you can see exactly what is stale before you leave the trailhead.

02

The AI runs on the phone

Wound triage, plant and wildlife identification, sky recognition and app-level questions all run through TensorFlow Lite models on the handset. A model router escalates to the knowledge base or the cloud only when a connection exists and the question needs it.

03

Writes are queued, not lost

Every mutation goes into a durable sync queue with an operation log. When any channel returns — cellular, Wi-Fi, mesh, satellite — the queue replays in causal order and resolves conflicts by field rather than by whole record.

04

The group syncs through whoever gets a signal first

Group relay means one member reaching a ridge with two bars pulls and pushes for the whole party. Nobody has to be the one who climbed the hill.

05

Coverage loss is predicted, not discovered

The cell-signal predictor models terrain occlusion along your planned route and tells you where the bars end before you get there — so a satellite check-in is scheduled at the waypoint, not improvised at the summit.

06

Emergency does not depend on the internet

SOS escalates through the channels that are actually up: group broadcast, mesh radio, then satellite, with a guarded confirmation step and a full audit trail of what was sent, when, and over what.

Four channels. One consistent truth.

Cellular, mesh radio, satellite and physical sneaker-net all feed the same queue. This is the actual topology, node for node.
