Airspace violation
Boundaries and ceilings on the map, offline, with your live AGL against the terrain rather than pressure alone.
Activities · Aviation · Skill 2–5 · Moderate to extreme risk
Paragliding, paramotoring, hang gliding and skydiving share a hard constraint the ground sports do not have: a legal ceiling and a legal boundary, both invisible. NavTrax puts airspace, wind and launch sites on the same offline map as the terrain you are flying over.
01 / By the numbers
02 / What the app enables
These layers switch on together, because they are the set this activity actually needs. You can change any of them; the point is that the default is not a blank topo map.
03 / Failure modes
Every activity in NavTrax carries a documented failure-mode list, and each entry names the feature that addresses it. Not a disclaimer — a design input.
Boundaries and ceilings on the map, offline, with your live AGL against the terrain rather than pressure alone.
Wind at altitude plus the terrain that makes it. The topo and the wind layer are read together.
Landing-field options are terrain features on the map, identified during planning rather than during the glide.
Multi-model forecast with cloud base, and an alert when the trend crosses your limits.
Terrain and land cover on the same offline region, so the out-landing options are known before you need one.

05 / Curated kit
Pulled from the activity's own equipment profile and matched against the in-app store catalog. Nothing here is a generic recommendation.
06 / Under the hood
Airspace, wind and terrain layers are on Pro, and they render with no connection.
