Defensive by architecture.

NavTrax runs the same engine on an air-gapped node as on a hiker's phone. Every action with a physical effect sits behind a signed human authorization token with a time-to-live and an audit entry, and the system has no effector interface of any kind. That is a structural fact, not a policy paragraph.

The posture is defensive by construction rather than by policy. NavTrax observes, classifies and advises; it has no interface to anything that produces a physical effect, and adding one would be an architectural change rather than a configuration change. Every action that leaves the device carries a signed human authorization token with a time-to-live and an audit record, so a decision can always be traced to a person and a moment. The same binary runs on an air-gapped node and on a hiker's phone — the deployment posture changes what it can reach, never what it is.
