03 / Questions we get asked
No. Regions you have already downloaded stay on the device and keep working offline. What changes is how many new regions you can add and how large they can be.
No, and nobody can include it. Iridium and Starlink airtime is billed by the network operator. NavTrax integrates the devices and shows you the real plans and prices; the subscription you buy from that operator is separate.
Only work that leaves the device. On-device classification — wound triage, plant and wildlife identification, sky recognition — is unmetered on every paid tier because it costs us nothing.
Elite covers a team working together in the field. Enterprise is for an organization that needs SSO, audit logging, provisioning and a contract; that is where per-seat pricing is negotiated.
SOS and check-in reminders are on the Free tier and always will be. Charging for the button somebody presses when they are hurt is not a business model we are interested in.
Enterprise, with deployment options that include air-gapped installation. Compliance posture is published on the defense pages rather than promised in a sales call.
